A Decent Stay with Some Issues
helpful staff free shuttle isolated location unpleasant odors
The restaurant service was nice. The staff was helpful and always smiling. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to two beaches , both sandy and coral , located about five minutes from the hotel. this was a great benefit.
The location felt isolated. The area around the hotel lacked nearby shops and markets , it was inconvenient.

Mixed feelings about this hotel
limited selection evening activities
The food selection was limited. There were not many options for breakfast (It was a real SNOOZE). The same dishes was repeatedly. The entertainment was also lacking. There weren't any engaging activities scheduled during the evenings. I think improvements are necessary.

cute staff great attention dated room faulty air conditioning
The staff was very kind and cute. They greeted everyone with warm smiles, and this. Everything was well-organized and spotlessly clean. This showed care and great attention to detail.
The room was dated. The air conditioning did not work on any setting. The back doors to the balcony barely locked.

Solid Stay with Nice Pool and Slides
hotel slides heated pool yoga activities helpful staff
The hotel slides ARE fun for children. The heated swimming pool was enjoyable. It helped us relax during the cooler evenings. The animation team offered stretching and yoga activities. My wife found them revitalizing. The reception staff, particularly Mr Mohamed Ibrahim, was helpful. He ensured our needs were addressed promptly.
The all-inclusive drinks selection felt LIMITED. It only included a few spirits and mixers. I would have appreciated a wider variety of included cocktail options.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel features a heated swimming pool that operates during specified hours and is regularly maintained. There ARE slides available for children, offering a fun activity to keep them entertained. The animation team organizes activities like yoga and stretching throughout the week.
Rooms
8/10
Rooms are cleaned regularly by staff members. Each room contains air conditioning. Rooms include balconies equipped with chairs and a table. The bathrooms have a shower.
Dining
9/10
The hotel buffet offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is good, yet there is no large variety. During lunch and dinner, beer is available in plastic glasses.
Service
10/10
The reception staff provides helpful assistance, especially regarding specific requests. Security personnel, front office staff, restaurant service, room service, and lifeguards are all supportive. Some staff members were friendly and helpful.
