limited selectionevening activities
The food selection was limited. There were not many options for breakfast (It was a real SNOOZE). The same dishes looked repeatedly. The entertainment was also lacking. There weren't any engaging activities scheduled during the evenings. I think improvements are necessary.

The staff was very kind and cute. They greeted everyone with warm smiles, and this. Everything was well-organized and spotlessly clean. This showed care and great attention to detail.
The room was dated. The air conditioning did not work on any setting. The back doors to the balcony barely locked.

Solid Stay with Nice Pool and Slides

The hotel slides ARE fun for children. The heated swimming pool was enjoyable. It helped us relax during the cooler evenings. The animation team offered stretching and yoga activities. My wife found them revitalizing. The reception staff, particularly Mr Mohamed Ibrahim, was helpful. He ensured our needs were addressed promptly.
The all-inclusive drinks selection felt LIMITED. It only included a few spirits and mixers. I would have appreciated a wider variety of included cocktail options.
